    January 2025: Finalize Branding & Begin Social Media Relaunch

    • Week 1 (Jan 1–5): Finalize social media profile updates. Begin drafting Brand Strategy (tone of voice, visual identity). - COMPLETE

    • Week 2 (Jan 6–12): Continue developing Brand Guidelines (logo, color schemes, typography). Draft B2B-focused LinkedIn articles. - COMPLETE

    • Week 3 (Jan 13–19): Brand Packaging BLOOM Deliverable – OOH Ad 2 Finalize and Deliver - COMPLETED NOT DELIVERED

    • Week 4 (Jan 20–26): Begin Packaging Redesigns (focus on redesigning two collections). Deliver BLOOM + AD 2. Complete White Oud packaging refresh design due this week. - DELAYED

    February 2025: Execute Packaging Redesigns & Launch Social Media Campaign

    • Week 6 (Feb 3–9): Finalize Packaging Redesigns and begin Social Media Launch Campaign with updated Branding. Start influencer outreach and negotiations.

    • Week 7 (Feb 10–16): Continue Packaging Redesigns. Finalize Lifestyle Shoot planning and prepare shoot concepts.

    • Week 8 (Feb 17–23): Finalize Packaging Redesigns. Begin rolling out social media content and ad campaigns. Two new packaging designs due at the end of February.

    March 2025: Execute Lifestyle Shoot & Continue Social Media Campaign

    • Week 9 (Mar 2–8): Lifestyle Shoot (first week of March). Continue social media content and ads rollout.

    Key Updates & Adjustments:

    • Lifestyle shoot: Moved to the first week of March (Mar 2–8), with planning happening in February.

    • Packaging redesigns: Completed by the end of February to align with the shoot.

    • White Oud packaging refresh design is due this week (Week 4).

    • Two new packaging designs are due by the end of February.

    • Social media relaunch: Begins in February with the launch campaign, followed by continuous updates based on performance.

    • LinkedIn content: Pushed to the end of the project (April/May). LinkedIn articles focusing on Brand Legacy and Distributor Success Stories will now be published in the final stages of the project, aligning with the conclusion of the overall campaign.
